I forgot to enter my mPerks number when I checked out. Can I still get mPerks Rewards credit?

Yes! We now offer a manual way for you to enter a Meijer receipt into the system and earn credit toward your Pharmacy Rewards if you forgot to enter your mPerks number when you picked up your prescription (click here, and then click the help button to begin). This process is called Self-Remediation. Manually entering your receipt information will allow you to receive credit toward your Rewards programs. Please note that you must wait 24 hours after you picked up your prescription before entering your receipt information into the mPerks website, and a receipt can only be remediated one time. Once a receipt's information has been entered into the remediation process, it cannot be remediated again.
